Acquired companies assessment vs TOM

Objective:

  • Led a process, systems, readiness for change assessment of 20 acquisitions (based in Europe, US, Australia) including a business case and roadmaps to prioritize NetSuite, Salesforce/Certinia implementations against the defined TOM (RTR, OTC, PTP, FP&A).

How:

  • Supported cloud migration analysis, data standardization and governance; looked at datalake solutions.

  • Designed solution rollout implementation plan and business case, gap analysis between local requirements and TOM processes, org, IT.

Objective:

  • Led Dynamics 365 (F&O, including RPA, Warehousing) implementation for the 5 European subsidiaries working with the SI, Enterprise Architect and applications partners.

Europe integration + D365 implementation

How:

  • Engaged the executives and the functions (Finance, Procurement, SCM, Logistics) by mapping current and future processes, pain points, organisational changes and integrations/synergy opportunities.

  • Set up a series of workshops to discuss design Playback, Proof of Concepts, data standardization and naming convention, cloud migration and discuss synergies; set up regular coms.
