Objective:

Led a process, systems, readiness for change assessment of 20 acquisitions (based in Europe, US, Australia) including a business case and roadmaps to prioritize NetSuite, Salesforce/Certinia implementations against the defined TOM (RTR, OTC, PTP, FP&A).

Supported cloud migration analysis, data standardization and governance; looked at datalake solutions.

Designed solution rollout implementation plan and business case, gap analysis between local requirements and TOM processes, org, IT.

Led Dynamics 365 (F&O, including RPA, Warehousing) implementation for the 5 European subsidiaries working with the SI, Enterprise Architect and applications partners.

Engaged the executives and the functions (Finance, Procurement, SCM, Logistics) by mapping current and future processes, pain points, organisational changes and integrations/synergy opportunities.
