End to End Transformation
Objective:

As part of implementing a TOM, cut cost and integrate this client by standardizing ways of working across lines of business and support functions, rescue and implement the International Template in 3 regions (Europe (Holland/Germany/Belgium), Japan, Australia/New Zealand - 700 users+), involving:

Upgrade to ERP Oracle JDE 9.4 (Finance (AP, AR, COA, R2R)), Advanced Warehousing, Manufacturing)

Remediate, update, replace or decommission up to 35 non ERP applications per region (these include custom software and vendor applications (Order Pool, Pepperi, Pyramid, 3PL) with multiple support models)

Consolidate all infrastructure in the UK (150 servers & VDI set up, AD and Windows 10 upgrade

Convert to US chart of accounts

Create a Finance Shared Service Centre

Manage transition to a managed service TOM with Infosys

Achievements:

Turned the project around in 4 weeks with an achievable workplan, clear R&Rs, governance, risk management

With minimum budget (£9M), time and resources constraints, led the program through Design, Build, Test and Cutover Phases, managing third party suppliers (Infosys for Oracle) and delivered go-live on time.

Managed expectations of the UK, regional, head office stakeholders working closely with International IT Director and ISSC Director.
