ERP (SAP S/4 HANA) strategy, business case, design 

Objective:

  • Working directly with Group CFO, define, build business case and lead a major Business Simplification to cut cost, integrate siloed functions, improve efficiency and effectiveness of key end to end processes (Finance, Procurement, HR, Asset finance lifecycle) and upgrade to SAP S/4

  • Challenge the current support, hosting, maintenance model with cloud based options

Achievements:

  • Engaged the executives and the functions (Finance, Procurement, HR, Billing, Asset) as well as the key partners

  • Defined the mobilisation plan and business case, conducted the current situation analysis and future requirements

How:

  • Defined scope, led the current situation process, systems, architecture analysis with the functions

  • Built the business case with scenarios, engaged with SAP, SuccessFactors, Ariba and EY AgilityWorks to design the future solution

  • Engage with the business by mapping processes, pain points, IT/Business roadmaps for each E2E process to support decision making
